Surprise! GM’s Latest Ad Puts a Positive Spin on Going Bankrupt.

I’m not a big fan of failing businesses using what money they have left or have borrowed from tax payers to create a feel-good, damage control commercial. They’re often insincere, don’t tell us anything new or relevant and, frankly, are a big waste of money. That’s why I was so surprised to actually like GM’s latest TV commercial, produced by Deutsch, which kicks off their “RE: Invention” campaign.

    Cool we gave them billions of dollars in taxpayer money to sell out to foreign companies.
