Gladwell’s Tipping Point in Haiku

by Luis Paez | March 27th, 2009

As an homage to the insightful book, The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, I’m going to attempt to write a summary in haiku (Japanese poetry style consisting of three lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables respectively) that summarizes the essence of mastering a changing environment.  All right, here it goes:

Talk to certain “Few”

Make sure they find Stickiness

Listen for changes

What do you think?  Do you have any haikus you’d like to share?  Haiku Battle!

Nice one Luis. You’ve inspired me to write a haiku as well:

    Ears to the market.
    Be patient but move quickly.
    Find marketing zen.

Not bad for my first haiku, huh? Who’s next?

Here’s my haiku summary of the final episode of Battlestar Galactica (not the one with Lorne Greene):

    Cavil met his doom
    Roslin died, Adama cried
    We are all hybrids
