I have a similar experience. A few months ago, I had researched on a really good gutter company that has excellent reviews. They came out and installed new gutters on my house. About a few weeks after the installation, they sent me a package. I was really taken aback and became curious what was inside. Immediately, I opened the package and it turns out they sent me a thank you card and included a really nice "housewarming" gift for me. It was 3-set photo holder that's colorful.

I was really impressed with how they played this out, developing a relationship with clients with a simple thank-you card and a bonus gift. They also included a feedback card to mail back. I loved it!
